Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen
MILFORD On Oct. 18 defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced included: Robert Petersen, of Milford, for Jan. 2007 charges of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse in Dingman, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve four to eight years in state prison. Jason Reilly, of Matamoras, for an Apr. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Westfall, was ordered to pay fines and court costs, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Christina Soto, of Hawley, for a June, 2007 charge of simple assault in Lackawaxen, was fined $300, and sentenced to serve seven days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Robert Haas, of Matamoras, for a Feb. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Shohola, was ordered to pay fines and court costs, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Joseph Galati, of East Stroudsburg, for a July, 2006 charge of delivery of a controlled substance in Lehman, was ordered to pay court costs, fined $1,500, and sentenced to two years probation. John Brezinskey, of Greentown, for April and May 2007 charges of criminal conspiracy to deliver controlled substances in Greene Township, was ordered to pay court costs, fined $600 and sentenced to one month to one year in the Pike County Jail. Richard Perrin, of Dingmans Ferry, for Jan. 2007 charges of receiving stolen property in Blooming Grove, was ordered to pay court costs and restitution, fined $2,400, and sentenced to four to 24 months in the Pike County Jail. Eric Trent, of West Milford, N.J., for a July, 2007 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was ordered to pay court costs, fined $500 and sentenced to four to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Jose Camacho, of Harrison, N.J., for a Jan. 2005 bad check charge in Blooming Grove, was ordered to pay court costs and restitution, fined $300 and and sentenced to one year of probation. Tyler Engel, of Bushkill, for a Dec. 2006 charge of receiving stolen property in Lehman, was ordered to pay court costs a restitution, fined $500 and sentenced to four to 18 months in the Pike County Jail.
