    MILFORD — Defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced on Feb. 28 included: • Emslee Hubbard, 31, of Bushkill, for an Oct. 2006 charge of simple assault in Dingman, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve nine to 27 months in the Pike County Jail. • Colleen Medaglia, 50, of Bushkill, for an Aug. 2007 charge of simple assault in Lehman, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve four days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Kevin McCabe, 29, of Duryea, for a June 2007 charge of possession of controlled substance in Greene, was fined $100, lost his license for six months, and was sentenced to serve one month to one year in the Pike County Jail. • William Castillo, 27, of Glendale N.Y. for a July 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,525, lost his license for 12 months, and was ordered to serve 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Darius Edmondson, 18, of Bushkill, for May 2007 charges including discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, in Lehman, was fined $600, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve three to six years in state prison. • Vincent Sbano, 20, of Bushkill, for Oct.-Dec. 2006 charges including burglary, in Lehman, was fined $1,300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve 33 to 66 months in state prison. • Brad Van Why, 28 of Bushkill, for Oct. 2006 charges of receiving stolen property in Lehman, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to serve six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Staccato Lucas, 21, of Bushkill, for June 2007 charges including making terroristic threats and resisting arrest in Lehman, was fined $1,000, lost his license for six months, and was sentenced to serve three to 12 months in the Pike County Jail, one year of probation and was transferred to North Carolina. • Herbert Baker, 49, of Greeley, for March and Oct 2007 charges of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, was fined $2,900 lost his license for 2.5 years, and was sentenced to serve one to 5.5 years in state prison. • Michael Strohmeier, 42, of Eldred, N.Y., for March 2006 three charges involving an accident involving personal injury or death; in Lackawaxen, was fined $575, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to one year of probation. • Angelo Pinto, 60, of Hawley, for a Feb. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,000 plus $25, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve three to six months in the Pike County Jail. • William Farrell, 41, of Greentown, for Apr.-May charges in including forgery in Palmyra, was fined $600, ordred to make restitution, and sentenced to serve four to 10 years in state prison. • William Mullin, 24, of Milford, for a Feb. 2007 charge of possession with intent to use, in Dingman, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve four months to one year in the Pike County Jail.
