    MILFORD — Defendants who had earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced on June 26 included: • Nicholas Caprino, 19, of Bushkill, for a Sept. 2007 charge of simple assault in Lehman, was fined $600 and sentenced to serve 10 days to 12 months on five consecutive weekends in the Pike County Jail. • Scott harper, 32, of Marshalls Creek, for a June 2007 charge of failing to appear in court, in Delaware, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 30 days to to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • August Rempkowski, 48, of Dingmans Ferry, for a Feb. 2007 charge of causing an accident damaging a vehicle or property, in Delaware, was fined $300, lost his license for six months, and was sentenced to serve six months to one year in the Pike County Jail. • Jonathan Brinkworth, 24, of Newfoundland, for an Apr. 2007 charge of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia in Palmyra, was fined $500, sentenced to one year of probation and transferred to Wayne County. • Ryan Bowers, 29, of Barryville, N.Y., for a Sept. 2007 charge of Possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia in Matamoras, was fined $1,500, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve 3 days to six months in the Pike County Jail, followed by six months of probation. • Joshua Auchmoody, 28, of Matamoras, for a Feb. 2008 charge of harrassment in Matamoras, was fined $250, and was sentenced to serve 10 days in the Pike County Jail. • Joseph Neville, 54, of Lake Luzerne, N.Y., for a June 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Matamoras, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to serve 92 days to five years in the Pike County Jail.
