    Milford – Defendants who had earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced on Apr. 12 included: • Stephanie Cantrell, 40, of Newburgh, N.Y., for Sept and Oct. 2006 charges of Forgery and Criminal Conspiracy in Westfall, was fined $300 and sentenced to one year of probation. • Arkadiusz Mierzejewski, 19, of Milford, for a July 2006 charge of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in Westfall, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve one to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Macarthur Gales, 56, of Milford, for a Feb. 2006 charge of driving under the influence, in Dingman, was fined $1,500, has his license suspended for one year, and was sentenced to serve one to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Rochelle Graham, 20, of Montague, N.J., for Aug. and Sept. charges of Retail Theft in Westfall, was fined $300 and ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation. • Bart Kelly, 40, of Dingmans Ferry, for March 2006 charges including driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,010, had his license suspended for 12 months and was sentenced to serve three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Jozef Stadler, 67, of Matamoras, for July, Sept. and Oct. 2006 charges of making terroristic threats in Matamoras Borough, was fined $50, and sentenced to two years of probation. • Tareq Bragg, 24, of Bushkill, for a Sept. 2005 charge of insurance fraud in Lehman, was fined $500 and sentenced to 12 months probation. • Jason Richardson, 28, of Hawley, for a July 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Westfall, was fined $750 and sentenced to serve one to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Julie Murray, 34, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for Sept. and Oct. 2006 charges of criminal attempts to commit possession of controlled substances in Westfall, was fined $500 and sentenced to two years probation. • Trace Fetherman, 19, of Dingmans Ferry, for Oct. 2006 charges of defiant trespass and harassment in Milford Borough, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 18 months probation.
