Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

Milford – Defendants who earlier pleaded or were found guilty and were sentenced n Dec. 21 included: • Benjamin Meisenhelder, 42, of Milford, for a July, 2006 charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Milford Borough, was fined $300 and sentenced to probation for one year. • Eric Schmidt, 25, of Honesdale, for a Sept. 2005 charges including possession of drug paraphernalia in Dingman Township, was fined $360, and sentenced to serve three to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Mark Chung, 27, of Tobyhanna, for Nov. 2005 charges including driving under the influence and fleeing a police officer, in Dingman Township, was fined $600 and sentenced to probation for six months. • Warren Overbaugh, 45, of Milford, for an Apr. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Matamoras, was fined $1,500 and sentenced to serve 90 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Michael Reiss, 32, of Northampton, for a June, 2002 probation violation in Greene Township, was sentenced to serve two to six years in state prison.
