MILFORD On Apr.10, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included Daniel Gallagher, 24, of Hawley, for Feb. 2006 charges including involuntary homicide by vehicle and reckless endangerment in Blooming Grove, was fined $4,550, was ordered to make restitution, lost his license 3,5 years, and was sentenced to 14 months to five years in the Pike County Jail. Kimberly Corbett-Reilly, 42, of Bushkill, May 2007 charges of making false reports in Lehman, was fined $1,500. Matthew Peters, 22, of Lords Valley, a March 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $800, lost his license for 15 months, and was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Steven Wharton, 22, of Milford, for a May 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $700, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to one year of probation. Mary Przyblowski, 47, of Shohola, for a July 2006 charge of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use in Dingman, was fined $500, lost her license for six months, and was sentenced to one year of probation. Jason Noble, 19, of Bushkill, for March 2006 charges including criminal conspiracy and theft in Milford, was fined $1,500, ordered to make resitution, and was sentenced to serve 15 months to 5 years in the Pike County Jail. John Lomonaco, 44, of Greentown, for a May 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve 90 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Darren Stawski, 46, of MillRift, for a Aug. 2007 charge of possession of a small amount of controlled substances, was fined $525, lost his license for six months, and was sentenced to serve 15 to 30 days in the Pike County Jail. Christopher Lebron, 21, of Bushkill, for March 2006 charges including theft from a motor vehicle in Milford, was fined $800, ordered to make restitution, sentenced one year probation following one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Zachary Gotham, 19, of Nashua, N.H., for Sept. 2007 charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Palmyra, was fined $500, and sentenced nine months probation. Jessica Hartman, 20, of Floral Park, N.Y., for Apr. 2007 charges including an accident involving personal injury, was fined $550, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation.
