Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen
MILFORD On Aug. 29, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Paul Florek, 40, of Hawley, for a May, 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, lost his license for 60 days and was sentenced to six months in the accelerated rehabilitation program Deborah Baranello, 51, of New City, N.Y., for March and April, 2006 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Dingman, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve two days to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail. Hailey Farmer, 22, of Rochester, N.Y., for an Aug. 2007 charge of delivery of a controlled substance in Lehman, was fined $600, sentenced to serve three to 23 months in the Pike County Jail, was disallowed use of a cell phone, and wsa transferred to New York. Nigeil Frazier, 19, for a Feb. 2008 charge of possessing drug paraphrenalia and intoxicating beverages in Lehman, was fined $700 to be paid at $100 per month. Darren Fiske, 28, of Knoxville, Md., for Apr. 2008 charges of possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, in Greene, was fined $30,000, was disallowed use of a cell phone, and was sentenced serve five to 10 years in state prison.
