Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

MILFORD — On Feb.21, defendants who had earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced included: • Christopher Siggia, 53, of Dingmans Ferry, for a July, 2005 charge of theft in Westfall, was fined $600 ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve six months to one year in the Pike County Jail. • Jonathan Flemimg, 19, of Milford, for Oct. 2006 charges including carrying a firearm without a license, in Dingman, was fined $1,525, and sentenced to serve six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Michael Bennett, 19, of Dingmans Ferry,for a Feb. 2007 charge of criminal mischief in Dingman, was fined $600, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation. • Jamaal Hall, 21, of Bushkill, for a Sept. 2007 charge of simple assault in Lehman, was fined $500, and sentenced to 18 months on probation. • Curtis DeCaro, 52, of Bushkill, for a July 2007 charge of harassment in Dingman, was fined $1,050.
