Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen
MILFORD Pike County District Attorney Raymond Tonkin reports that on Apr. 16 those defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: John Ayala, 33, of Milford for a June 2008 charge of flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment, in Milford, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve one to two years in state prison. Patricia Orazzi, 40 of Dingmans Ferry, for a July, 2007 charge of recklessly endangering another person in Dingman, was fined $300 and sentenced to one year of probation. Marco Sabel, 51, of Hawley, for a Nov. 2008 charge of carrying an unlicensed firearm, in Blooming Grove, was fined $700, sentenced to 18 months probation and transferred to Wayne County. Janel Keys, 21, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., for a June 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Milford, was fined $1,500, lost her license for one year, and was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Richard Shuleski, 45, of Greentown, for June charges of stalking as an habitual offender, in Palmyra, was fined $900, and sentenced to 10 to 24 months in the Pike County Jail, and 36 months probation. Kevin Sullivan, 49, of Lords Valley, for March, June and Oct. charges of burglary in Lackawaxen, was fined $200,and sentenced to nine to 20 years in state prison. Richard Dignardi, 25, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for an Oct. 2008 charge of making terroristic threats in Westfall, was fined $500, and sentenced to one to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Timothy Piper, 20, of Milford, for a March 2008 charge of possession of controlled substance, in Westfall, was fined $300, lost his license for six months and was sentenced to one year on probation.
