    Milford n On Apr. 19, defendants who had entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: • Joshua Madole, 20, of Tafton, for a July 2006 charge of simple assault in Palmyra Township, was fined $700 ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation. • Russel Collins-Barron, 25 of Hawley, July and Aug. 2006 charges including delivery of controlled substances and possession with intent to deliver, in Lackawaxen Township, was fined $1,000, had his license suspended for six months, and was sentenced to serve two to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. • Gerald Baisley, 40, of Huguenot, N.Y., for a Sept. 2006 charge of retail theft in Westfall Township, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve three to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Patrick Dunn, 56, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for Aug. 2006 charges including driving under the influence and speeding in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $635, had his license suspended for 12 months and was sentenced to serve three to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Colin Sears, 36, of Lake Ariel, for Dec. 2005 and Jan. 2006 charges of theft in Greene Township, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve 12 to 24 months in the Pike County Jail. • Charles Whitlock, 42, Greentown, for an Aug 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Greene Township, was fined $1,500, had his license suspended for 12 months and was sentenced to serve five days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Christopher Kolojejchick, 37, of West Pittston, for a June 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman Township, was fined $1,500, had his license suspended for 12 months and was sentenced to serve on to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Mary Bukowski, 44, of Milford, for May 2005 charges including two counts of driving under the influence, in Palmyra Township, was fined $725, had her license suspended for one year, and was sentenced to serve two days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Travis Kalmbach, 19, of Matamoras, for a Sept. 2006 charge of possessing drug paraphernalia in Matamoras Borough, was fined $400 and sentenced to one year of probation. On Apr. 26, defendants who had entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: • Paul Grey, 25, of Shohola, for Oct. 2006 charges of possession of marijuana and public drunkenness in Milford Borough, was fined $800 and sentenced to serve 20 days in the Pike County Jail on weekends. • William Allen, 18, of Milford, for a Sept. 2006 charge of theft in Milford Borough, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to one year of probation. • Kenneth Nowakowski, 19, of Lackawaxen, for Jan.- March, 2006 charges of receiving stolen property in Lackawaxen Township, was fined $500 and sentenced to one year of probation. • Harold Sinclair, 44, of Philadelphia, for June 2005 charges of identity theft in Lehman Township, was fined $900 and sentenced to serve 18 months to five years in state prison. • Gene Welsher, 43, of Tafton, for Apr. 2006 and March 2007 charges including driving under the influence and tampering with jurors, in Palmyra Township and Milford Borough, was fined $1,535, had his license suspended for 18 months and was ordered to serve six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Holly Shafer, 19, of Greentown, for numerous Apr. 2006 charges of forgery and theft from motor vehicles, in five Pike and Wayne townships, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve 12 to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, followed by one year of probation. • Fred Paschall, 59, of Milford, for an Oct. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Milford Borough, was fined $1,500, had his license suspended for 12 months and sentenced to serve 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail, on weekends.
