MILFORD On July 31, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Shani Morales, 29, of East Stroudsburg, for March 2008 charges of theft by unlawful taking in Lehman, was fined $500 and sentenced to 12 months on probation. Lisa McGuire, 40 of Dingmans Ferry, for Dec. 2007 charges including hindering apprehension and prosecution, driving under the influence, in Delaware and Lehman, was fined $1,325, lost her license for one year, and was sentenced to serve nine days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. James Sienko, 35, of Matamoras, for an Oct. 2007 charge of failing to comply with sexual offender requirements in Blooming Grove, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve one to five years in the Pike County Jail. George Fazio, 54, of Greentown, for March-July 2006 charges of two counts of sexual abuse of children in Palmyra, was fined $1,000, was listed as a Megan’s Law offender, and sentenced to serve one to three years in the Pike County Jail. Melissa Scurto, 24, of Greeley, for a Nov. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500, lost her license for on year, and was sentenced to serve two days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Robert Klein, 18, of Whitestone, N.Y., for a Jan. 2008 charge of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia in Shohola, was fined $500. Clara Search, 18, of Dingmans Ferry, for an Apr. 2008 charge of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia in Delaware, was fined $500. Kathi Matthews, 46, of Wilkes-Barre, for an Aug. 2007 charge of theft in Shohola, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Found guilty at trial Timothy McMahon, 30, of Hampton, Va., for July, 2007 charges including arson, terroristic threats and criminal mischief, in Lackawaxen, was fined $1,100, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve two to 10 years in state prison.
