    MILFORD - On Sept. 14, defendants who earlier pleaded guilty to charges against them and were sentenced included: • Peter Trutt, 44, of Dingmans Ferry, for an April, 2006 charge of simple assault in Delaware Township, was fined $600 and sentenced to five to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and one year of probation. On Sept. 28, defendants who earlier pleaded guilty to charges against them and were sentenced included: • Mary Rogali, 46 of Hazelton, for a December, 2005 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman Township, was fined $1,000, sentenced to 3 days to six months in the Pike County Jail and lost her license for a year. • William Keyser, 21, of Whippany, N.J., for June-July, 2005 charges including criminal attempt to commit statuatory sexual assault and criminal use of commercial facilities in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $2,000 and sentenced to serve one to three years in the Pike County Jail. • Angel Velez, 23, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a Jan. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Matamoras, was fined $1,500, sentenced to serve one to six months in the Pike County Jail and lost his license for 18 months.
