Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

MILFORD — On Aug. 7, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced incldude: Donna Gates, 47, of Dingmans Ferry, for June, 2007 charges of passing bad checks in Delaware, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation. Andrea Kranz, 22 of Lackawaxen, for March, 2008 charges of terroristic threats and simple assault in Lackawaxen, was fined $400, and sentenced to seven days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and one year on probation. Jeffrey Bortnichak, 21, of Milford, for Feb., 2008 charges including possession of controlled substances, in Dingman, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to one year on probation. Kimberly Milner, 35, of Greeley, for Oct.- Nov., 2007 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to serve 30 months to six years in state prison. Carrie Hiemenz, 20, of Shohola, for Jan., 2008 charges including fleeing and eluding and reckless driving in Shohola, was fined $1,600 and sentenced to one year on probation.
