    MILFORD n On June 21, defendants who earlier entered pleas of guilty and were sentenced included: • Margaret Franchi, 35, of Shohola, for July and Aug. 2006 charges of bad checks and impersonating a notary in Shohola, was fined $800, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to probation for 18 months. • Stephen Neary, 53, of Hawley, for a Dec. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $1,000, had his license suspended for one year, and was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Matthew Zoebisch, 28, of Hawley, for Sept. and Oct. 2006 charges including two counts of driving under the influence and careless driving in Porter and Blooming Grove, was fined $1,525, ordered to make restitution, had his license suspended for two years and was sentenced to serve five days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Zachary Castle, 22, of Matamoras, for a June 2006 charge of possessing drug paraphernalia in Matamoras Borough was fined $500 and sentenced to one year of probation. • Leann Calabrese, 27, Greentown, for a June 2006 charge of theft in Blooming Grove, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to 18 months of probation. • Allen King, 56, of Milford, for Sept. 2002 and Jan. 2003 charges including two counts of theft by deceit in Westfall, was fined $1,000, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to one year of probation. • Sergey Aleyevski, 41, of New York, N.Y., for a Feb. 2007 charge of simple assault in Dingman, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to two to four months in the Pike County Jail.
