Milford On May 29, defendants who had earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included Julie Murray, 35, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a Dec. 2007 charge of criminally attempting to commit possession of a controlled substance in Westfall, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 4.5 to 11.5 months in the Pike County Jail and two years probation. Stanley Wall, 40 of Moscow, for a Dec. 2007 charge of resisting arrest in Greene, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve one week to one year in the Pike County Jail. Allen Thomas, 36, of East Stroudsburg, Apr. 2007 charges of burglary in Lehman, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and serve four to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and one year of probation. Jason Bell, 22, of Milford, for a Nov. 2007 charge of delivery of controlled substances in Westfall, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve five to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. David Miller, 20, of East Stroudsburg, for Apr. 2007 charges of burglary in Lehman, was fined $600, ordered to make restitution and serve four months to one year in the Pike County Jail and one year of probation. He was transferred to Monroe County. Alejandro Juerez, 22, of Milford, for June-Aug 2006 charges of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $300 and sentenced to one year on probation.
