April 15, Dennis VanSickle, 56, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring on the Matamoras/Port Bridge. April 16, Phillip Koch, 18, of Shohola was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart. April 16, Gordon Lightfoot, 38, of Port Jervis was charged with Trespass for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. April 23, Patrick Porter, 26, of Glen Spey, N.Y., was charged with Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Price Chopper. April 24, Antonio Santiago Jr., 28, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Price Chopper. April 24, Stacey Ryder, 43, of Matamoras was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. April 24, Jack Bayer, 73, of Dingmans Ferry was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. April 29, Amanda Ryan, 21, of Port Jervis was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking for an incident occurring at Price Chopper. May 1, Matthew Leslie, 18, of Sparrowbush was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart. May 2, Five juveniles were charged with underage consumption of alcohol for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. May 8, Anthony Monferrato, 21, of Shohola was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. May 10, Cassie Napier, 26, of Matamoras was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Price Chopper. All residents are reminded to keep their homes and vehicles locked when not at home and to report any suspicious activity to the police immediately.
