Arrests March 1, Timmy Presto, 19, of Matamoras, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Turkey Hill. March 13, Linda Stucks, 18, of Port Jervis, N.Y., was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart. March 13, Rebecca Concepcion, 18, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart. March 15, Larry Wright, 30, of Matamoras, was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough March 19, Elizabeth Gagnon, 37, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. March 20, Erick Walters, 19, of Matamoras, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Price Chopper. March 23, two 15-year-old Milford females were charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart March 24, Christopher Marnell, 47, of Stony Point N.Y., was charged with Bad Checks for an incident occurring at The Shop. March 27, Anthony Acampora, 18, of Dingmans Ferry, was charged with Simple Assault for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley High School. April 2, Diane Medici, 50, of Milford, was charged with Unlawful Acts and Criminal Attempt to Commit Controlled Substance Acts. April 4, Clifford Hall, 44, of Matamoras, was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. April 5, A 13-year-old male from Middletown N.Y., was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Milford Landing. April 5, A 13-year-old male from Milford, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart. April 6, Michael Smith, 18, of Sussex N.J., was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana for an incident occurring at McDonalds. April 11, John Gibson, 47, of West Winfield, N.Y., was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring at the Best Western. April 13, A 17-year-old male was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Investigations The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating burglaries occurring around the Cummins Hill area during the month of March. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Zegarski. This department is investigating the theft of golf balls from the Matamoras Golf Driving Range which occurred during the early morning hours of April 8, 2009. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Prey. The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating the theft of a Jack Russell Terrier sculpture that was taken from a property on Oak Avenue between April 5 and April 7, 2009.
