Dec. 4; Christina Nearing, 23, of Milford was charged with Receiving Stolen Property for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Dec. 5; A 14 year old male was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley school. Dec. 5; A 15 year old male was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley Middle School. Dec. 5; A 17 year old male was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley Middle School. Dec. 5; A 15 year old male was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley Middle School. Investigations. This department is investigating the break-in and theft of a motor vehicle that was parked in the Best Western Parking lot during the overnight hours of Nov. 14.
