Arrests July 7, Joseph Timpone, 22, of Norwich, Conn. was charged with Public Drunkenness. Aug. 8, William Kalafut, 46, of East Hampton, N.Y. was charged with Public Drunkenness. Aug. 11, Tom Cady, 19, of Port Jervis, N.Y. was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment for an incident occurring at the Matamoras Airport Park. Aug. 12, Gerald Guy, 40, of Matamoras was charged with Resisting Arrest, Endangering the Welfare of Children, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness for an Incident occurring near Kittatinny Canoes. Aug. 14, Raymond Vasilev, 45, of Matamoras was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in the Township of Westfall Aug. 15, Kenneth Conklin, 19, of Matamoras was charged with Retail Theft for an Incident occurring at K-Mart. Aug. 16, four juveniles were charged with Consumption of Alcohol Under 21 for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. Aug. 22, a 17-year-old female of Milford was charged with Retail theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart Aug. 22, a 17-year-old female was charged with Retail Theft for the same incident. Aug. 22, a 17-year-old male of Milford was charged with Defiant Trespass for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart Aug. 24, Larry McInturff, 52, of Port Jervis was charged with Driving Under the Influence for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Aug. 25, Adam Daggett, 26, of Brooklyn, Conn. was charged with Criminal Trespass, Possession of a small amount of marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under the Influence for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. Aug. 26, an 11-year-old male was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley Middle School. Aug. 26, a 15-year-old female was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart Aug. 26, a 17-year-old male was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. Aug. 27, Billi Jo McBride, 39, of Huguenot New York, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Drunkenness, and Disorderly Conduct. Sept. 1, Glendalyn Orebek, 27, of Milford was charged with 3 counts of Retail Theft for an incidents occurring at Lowe’s Home Improvements. Sept. 5, Kenneth Conklin, 19, of Matamoras was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Sept. 6, an 18-year-old male was charged with underage consumption of alcohol in the Borough of Matamoras. Karyn Williams-Dauenhauer, 45, of Hawley, was charged with Bad Checks for an incident occurring at Muller’s Auto Sales. Investigations This Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating the destruction of a mailbox on Pine Hill Farm road, which occurred during the overnight hours of Aug. 16. Anyone with information is asked to call Sergeant Zegarski at 570-491-4040. This department is investigating the break-in and theft from a motor vehicle of a Magellan GPS unit and a Sony stereo head. The theft occurred during the overnight hours of July 23, at a residence in Mill Rift. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Zegarski at 570-491-4040. This department is investigating the smashing of a truck window, which occurred during the overnight hours of August 20, in the Best Western Parking Lot. The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating the theft of two Echo Weed Wackers, one Shendell back pack blower, two five gallon fuel cans, and two tool boxes containing meters and wrenches. The theft occurred over the past month from A-1 Landscaping, Westfall Town Center. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Prey at 570-491-4040. This department is investigating the theft of a green BMX Haro bike stolen from a residence on Tenth street in Matamoras Borough, which occurred on or about Aug. 24. The Eastern Pike regional Police Department is investigating the Vandalism to several vehicles in Matamoras Borough during the past month, which includes the slashing of tires. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer McCormack at 570-491-4040. This department is investigating the break-in and theft from a motor vehicle at Heritage Pointe, which occurred Sept. 6, into Sept. 7.
