    Arrests. • Nov. 9; Leslie Pittman, 29, of Hamburg N.J. was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. • Nov. 12; Christina Webber, 23, of Dingmans Ferry, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Nov. 12; Carl Vanwart-Friis, 28, Dingmans Ferry, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Nov. 12; Erin Northamer,18, of Dingmans Ferry was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Nov. 21; Thomas Moricone, 46, of Milford was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident at the Delaware Valley Schools. • Nov. 22; Alden Andrews, 23, of Matamoras was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in Westfall Township.. • Nov. 24; Thomas Dailey Jr., 48, of Port Jervis, N.Y. was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Nov. 24; Dallas Murphy,42, of Greeley was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Nov. 24; Kimberley Eilbacher,37, of Matamoras was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Nov. 27; Cory Neumann, 25, of Kutztown was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol for an incident occurring in Westfall Township. • Nov. 28; Two juvenile females ages 16 & 17 were charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Nov. 28; Ramon Hernandez, 30, of Matamoras was charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, Reckless endangerment, Reckless Driving, Driving at a Safe Speed for an incident occurring between Matamoras Borough and Milford Borough. • Nov. 30; Two juvenile males were charged with Underage Drinking for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Nov. 30; Rodger Moran, 49, of Mount Airy, Md. was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol for an incident occurring in Westfall Township. • Dec. 2; A 16-year old female was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Dec. 2; A 12-year old male was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Dec. 3; Amen Maldonado, 34, of Glen Spey, N.Y. was charged with Bad Checks for an incident occurring at Pocono Oral and Facial. • Dec. 4; Christina Nearing, 23, of Milford was charged with Receiving Stolen Property for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Dec. 5; A 14 year old male was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley school. • Dec. 5; A 15 year old male was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley Middle School. • Dec. 5; A 17 year old male was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley Middle School. • Dec. 5; A 15 year old male was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell Marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley Middle School. Investigations. • This department is investigating the break-in and theft of a motor vehicle that was parked in the Best Western Parking lot during the overnight hours of Nov. 14. Taken were a briefcase and a Dell laptop computer. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer McCormack at 570-491-4040.. • This department is investigating the break-in and theft from a motor vehicle on Cummins Hill road during the overnight hours of December 9th. Taken was a Sirius Satellite radio. All charges are pending court action. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty..
