July 12, Chad Strak, 34, of Orlando Fla., was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. July 17, Roxanne Kimble, 20, of Milford, was charged with Possession on Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a small amount of marijuana. July 17, Richard Latini, 50, of Wallkill, N.Y., was charged with Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Possessing Instruments of Crime, Reckless Endangerment, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment for an incident occurring at Smoking Joe’s. July 19, Kenneth Hurtak, 21, of Port Jervis, N.Y., was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. July 19, Mark Eichner, 22, of Daytona Beach, Fla., was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. July 20, Guy Gerald Brodus, 40, of Matamoras, was charged with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. July 22, Elias Thibodeaux, 35, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart. Sally Kutzler, 32, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart. July 25, Troy Sayles Jr., 19, of Matamoras, was charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at the American Skating and Sports Center. July 26, Tyler Williams, 18, of Matamoras, was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in Westfall Township. July 29, Amanda Bodensieck, 25, of Port Jervis, was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition for an incident occurring at the Citizen’s bank. July 30, Barbara Stasiuk, 61, of Westbrookville, N.Y., was charged with Unlawful Acts for an incident occurring at the Wal-Mart Pharmacy. Aug. 1, John Price, 21, of Port Jervis was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Aug. 1, Juan Crespo, 20, of Port Jervis was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Aug. 3, Adam Kelleher, 24, of Valatie, N.Y., was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. Aug. 3, Ryan Bellerose, 24, of Valatie, was charged with Public Drunkenness in the same incident. Aug. 4, Joseph Odonits, 39, of Port Jervis, was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras. Aug. 4, Michelle Hemion, 39, no address given, was charged with Probation Violations and turned over to Pike County Probation. Aug. 4, Richard Smith, 30, of Matamoras, was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Aug. 6, Daniel Jaycox, 23, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Aug. 8, Denise Millspaugh, 19, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Aug. 9, A 17 year old female was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Aug. 9, Roy Ryerson, 44, of Glen Spey, N.Y., was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring at the Best Western. Aug. 10, Igor Loktev, 49, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with Driving Under the Influence for an incident occurring in Westfall Township. Aug. 11, Daniel Hosek, 18, of Dingmans Ferry, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Olympia Sports. Investigations This Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating the theft of a bike from a residence on Avenue M in Matamoras Borough, which occurred during the daytime hours of July 10. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer Nealis at 570-491-4040. This department is investigating the break-in and theft from a motor vehicle of a Magellan GPS unit and a Sony stereo head. The theft occurred during the overnight hours of July 23, at a residence in Mill Rift. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Zegarski at 570-491-4040. This department is investigating the theft of diesel fuel from the Borough of Matamoras fuel tanks located by the maintenance building. On July 24, the highway department reported 21 gallons of diesel missing. Anyone with information is asked to call Chief Stewart at 570-491-4040. The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating the slashing of tires at the Best Western parking lot, which occurred during the overnight hours of August 5. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer McCormack at 570-491-4040. This department is investigating the breaking of a window at a residence located on Avenue E in the Borough of Matamoras, which occurred on or about August 9, when an unknown person threw an egg into the first floor window. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Linehan at 570-491-4040. All charges are pending court action. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
