Arrests May 17, Two 16-year old female juveniles were charged with Retail Theft for an incident at Wal-Mart May 17, A 17 year old male was charged with Retail theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart June 9, Robert Shilling, 50, of Carmel New York was charged with Retail Theft for a gas drive-off June 10 A 15 year old female and a 15 year old male were charged with Retail theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart June 11, Jamel Nichols, 19, of Port Jervis was charged with Possession of marijuana and paraphernalia June 11, John Price, 20 , of Port Jervis was charged with Possession of marijuana and paraphernalia for the same incident June 13, Amanda Williams, 19, of Port Jervis was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart June 13, Suzanne Antolic, 33, of Marshals Creek was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart June 15, Carl Irwin, 29, of Matamoras was charged with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in the Boro of Matamoras June 15, Jason Andres, 29, of Milford was charged with Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct in the same incident June 17, Wayne Little, 47, of Dingmans Ferry was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring at Pike County Auto Rental June 17, A 14 year old male was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart June 17, Gennifer Bingman-Martin, 31, of Matamoras was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart June 19, Randy Lovelace, 49, of Matamoras was charged with two counts of Failure to Comply with Registration of Sexual Offenders Requirements June 21, Cory Puopolo, 21, of Matamoras was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in the Boro of Matamoras June 21, Kyle Keane, 21, of Port Jervis was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in the Boro of Matamoras June 23, Natasha Wallis, 27, of Matamoras was charged with Dogs Running at Large Prohibited June 24, A 15 year old female was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at K-Mart June 24, Steven Mong, 41, of Milton Pennsylvania was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in the Boro of Matamoras June 25, Jared Sanborn, 23, of Matamoras was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia June 28, Anthony Gostischa, 27, of Matamoras was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment for an incident occurring at his residence in Matamoras June 29, James Ordway Jr., 21, of Port Jervis was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct for a road rage incident occurring in the Township of Westfall June 29, James Ordway Sr., 40, of Otisville was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct for a road rage incident occurring in the Township of Westfall June 29, Fauve Korn, 19, of Port Jervis was charged with Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct for a road rage incident occurring in the Township of Westfall July 4, David Fortuna, 42, of Westfall Township was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness July 4, Gary Ghussin, 26, of Bronx New York was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in the parking lot of Luhrs Hardware July 5, A 17 year old male was charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Milford Landing July 9, Margaret Perry, 50, of Huguenot was charged with two counts of Bad Checks for an incident occurring at The Lemon Tree Investigations Anyone with information about any of the following investigations should call the named officer at 570-491-4040. The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating property damage which occurred during the overnight hours of June 10, when an unknown vehicle drove through newly planted grass at Hupka’s Auto Body in Westfall Township. Anyone with information is asked to call Sergeant Pflanz. This department is investigating the attempted break-in of the Delaware Valley School baseball dugout, which occurred during the overnight hours of June 17. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Zegarski. This department is investigating the break-in and theft from the American Skating Rink in Westfall Township. During the overnight hours of June 16, an unknown subject(s) broke into the skating center and stole DJ equipment. Anyone with information is asked to call Assistant Chief Stewart. The department is investigating the theft of four rolls of copper wire from Orange and Rockland Utilities. The wire was being stored at the Matamoras DPW yard. The theft occurred between June 25 and June 26. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer McCormack. All charges are pending court action. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
