Arrests Oct.10, Robert Bernard, 27, of Milford was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Wendy’s. Oct.14, Derek Cahill, 18, of Milford was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Oct.15, Peter Petnuch, 51, was charged with Bad Checks for an incident occurring at Tri-State Computer. Oct.15, Angelo Campisa, 43, of Flushing, N.Y., was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Oct.17, Richard Dignardi, 24, of Port Jervis, N.Y., was charged with Terroristic Threats, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Mischief for an incident occurring in Westfall Township. Oct.19, Erika Sherlock, 21, of Milford was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Oct.19, Two 16-year-old juveniles were charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Oct.20, Koleasha Henderson, 28, of Walden, N.Y., was charged with Bad Checks for an incident occurring at Valley Automotive. Oct.21, David Senyszyn, 39, of Matamoras, was charged with Theft from a Motor vehicle, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Simple Trespass, and Criminal Mischief for the theft of fuel from Pike County Auto Rentals. Oct.22, Hung Nguyn, 51, of Port Jervis was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Nov. 1, Carlos Ortiz, 46, of Port Jervis was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Karen’s Flea Market. Nov. 1, Kyle Moon, 23, of Milford was charged with three counts of Retail Theft, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Arrest Prior to Requisition for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Nov. 2, Joshua Jenkins, 30, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Operating a vehicle without an Interlock System, and Criminal Mischief for an incident occurring in Westfall Township. Nov. 4, a 15-year-old male from Dingmans Ferry was charged with Criminal Mischief for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Nov. 6, Leroy Rake, 54, of Matamoras was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at the Dew Drop Inn. Nov. 6, James Lindsley, 27, of Godfroy, N.Y., was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Investigations - call 570-491-4040 to provide information The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department is investigating the theft of a lawn mower and power washer out of the yard of a residence located on Avenue L in the Borough of Matamoras on Oct. 15. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer McCormack. This department is investigating the break-in of a home located on First Street in Matamoras Borough, which occurred on Oct. 25, between 12:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer Burns. This department is investigating the breaking of windows and spray painting of the exterior wall at Hollywood Video, which occurred on Nov. 4. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Prey. Residents are reminded to keep vigilant by locking their doors on their homes and vehicles. Residents of Westfall Township and Matamoras Borough are reminded that there is no overnight parking on the streets from Nov. 1 to Apr. 1 between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m. All charges are pending court action.
