MILFORD - Nearing the end of a mutimillion renovation project, the management of Broad Street’s Hotel Fauchere are inviting descendents of Louis Fauchere, who founded the business. They will re-dedicate an oval plaque with Louis Fauchere’s name, which once graced the building front but was removed when the hotel fell into disrepair. The plaque was kept by the Pike County Historical Society. General Manager Michael DiLonardo said that with the anticipated imminent completion of several of the businesses’ more routine permitting procedures the hotel will be ready to open. “We’re going to do a tune-up over Memorial Day weekend. I think it would be accurate to say we’ll be open by early June.”
