Festival lights bringing holiday season to downtown Milford

Milford - They’ll be striking up some holiday magic on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 5:30 p.m. on the lawn of the Pike County Public Library, at the corner of Broad and Harford streets. Catch the holiday spirit at the Annual Festival of Lights celebration presented by the Milford Business Council in cooperation with the Lions Club. Organizers say it’s an evening for the whole family and will include lighting the tree on the library’s lawn, music by the Dingman-Delaware Children’s Choir, and a good chance of a visit from Santa. Refreshments and candy canes will be provided for all to enjoy.
