    MILFORD — Have you been thinking of quitting? The American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking offered at Penn State Cooperative Extension in Pike County offers the latest information on how to quit and stay smoke-free. Freedom from Smoking will help you develop an individual plan with emphasis on long-term freedom. Participants identify the pitfalls of relapse and make plans to prevent them. Stress management, weight control, communication, and exercise are discussed. Seven sessions, nicotine replacement, and materials cost $30. The next class begins June 3. Quitting is hard.
