Here is something we all need to avoid over the coming holiday week

There were no reported injuries resulting from a two-car, June 22 collision in Milford. Leonard and Pauline Dee of Pittsburgh were northbound on Route 6/209 last Friday at 1:45 p.m. when an SUV driven by Dorothy Quail of Milford turned south onto the highway from Bennett Avenue in front of the Dee’s car. The Dee’s skidded about 15 feet and struck Quail’s vehicle, sustained severe damage (pictured) to the left front area of the car. The Quail car had minor damage to the driver’s side rear door. Upon the arrival of borough police, the Dees and Quail refused medical treatment. No other emergency services were called. Traffic in both directions was slowed down on Route 6/209 for about 30 minutes till the debris from the damage was cleared up. (Photo by Jerry Goldberg)
