If you haven’t seen it yet, a new sign is gracing the front lawn at The Columns Museum on Broad Street. Now, there is no question about the pride of the museum’s collection, as the new sign names the The Columns, “The Home of the Lincoln Flag.” Pike County Historical Society President Dick Daddis said the sign was donated by the Historic Preservation Trust of Pike County. Daddis said the museum is continuing its quest for volunteers, docents to provide interpretation for museum visitors. To get involved, call Director Lori Strelecki at 570-296-8126.
