of Judge Joseph Kameen On Apr. 24, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: • Monica Cohen, 56, of Glen Gardener, N.J, for Feb. 2008 charges of driving under the influence in Milford, was fined $1,000, lost her license for one year and was sentenced to serve eight days to one year in the Pike County Jail. •John Cardell, 47, of Portland, for a July 2007 charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Blooming Grove, was fined $500.
