MILFORD — Beth Kelley, chair of the borough’s architectural review board has announced her Sept. 30 resignation from the panel. One of the staunchest proponents of the historic district governing structural changes in Milford’s business district, Kelley has served on the board since its inception. Borough President Matthew Osterberg announced her Sept. 30 resignation letter at the Sept. 10 meeting of the borough council. In her letter, Kelley said she was leaving to pursue her ministry full-time. Kelley, who is a Jehovah’s Witness, said Wednesday that she has signed on to the Witness “Pioneer” program to actively “advocate the Bible and offer Bible studies ... I want to be known as a servant of His, not an ARB member, “ she said. Kelley said she was confident “the ARB will continue with its success with dedication demonstrated from the governing body of our lovely borough.”
