Local man dies in building mishap

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. NorthJersey.com reported last week that a Milford man was killed Oct. 22, when a hunk of metal came crashing down on his head. John Aragona, 28, reportedly was helping drive oversize sheets of a metal retaining wall into the ground near the $2 billion Xanadu project on Monday when a separate 32-pound piece of metal came loose and fell at least 20 feet, striking him. Aragona, was said to have been employed by the joint venture of Joseph M. Sanzari and J. Fletcher Creamer & Sons.
