Belle Reve offers informational meetings for Alzheimer’s caregivers

MILFORD — Belle Reve Senior Living Community offers a monthly Alzheimer’s educational series for caregivers.
The next presentation will be held at Belle Reve, 404 East Harford St., Milford, from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 10.
Guest speaker Jennifer Faines, activities director, will talk about the importance of planning. She recently received her coach certification in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care. As a coach, she supervises team members who provide direct care to individuals living with dementia and builds knowledge and skills.
Series meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month. They are free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
