MILFORD — Mrs. Amy Ross’ Delaware Valley Elementary School first grade turned delicious apples into a day of learning and fun.
First they conducted a taste test survey of different kinds and colors of apples. Then they used their math skills to cut the fruit into percentages.
Lastly they had a great time learning how to make applesauce from scratch — and of course, eating and comparing their homemade treat.
