Fun programs at Pike Library

    Pike County Library Program Coordinator Dellana Diovisalvo invites all residents to consider these fun programs offered in the two local branches:

    Dingmans Branch Lego Club: Children ages 5 to 12 are welcome to create, share Lego Ideas, and make new friends by attending sessions at the Dingmans Library Community Room on Log Tavern road. These sessions will be held each Thursday afternoon from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. For registration, call 570-686-7045.

    Reading to Bentley: Children from ages 6 to 12 are invited to meet Bentley the therapy dog from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Feb. 21. Registration is required.

    Milford Branch Story Time Programs Continue: "Mommy and Me,” for infants from birth to 3 years of age. Sessions held each Tuesday from 10:30 to 11 a.m. in the Community Room at the Milford Branch. The sessions feature board books and sing-alongs. Bring blanket and pillows. Snacks and juice boxes are permitted, but registration is required. Call 570-296-8211 to register.

    Story Time for ages 3 to 5: Mondays from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Space is limited to eight families, call to register for this ongoing program.

    Lego Club: At the Milford Branch the club will meet each Wednesday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for kids ages 5 to 12. Call to register.
