MILFORD — The final moment is the best, if bittersweet, time for Delaware Valley's hard-working scholars and athletes.
For four years they've toiled — nights, weekends, and all times in between — with their eyes on the prize. At last it came, at Friday's graduation ceremony, as they accepted their diplomas surrounded by family and friends, teachers and administrators, who turned out to share in the joy of their achievement.
This important milesone, at once scary and thrilling, sends another generation on its way, whether they go on to college, the military, or the world of work. To spend graduation day with the Class of 2016 is to have renewed hope for the future.
