Meetings. ‘Coffee with your Congressman’ events with Rep. Cartwright

As part of his ongoing public meetings throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania, U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright (PA-08) will host a series of upcoming “Coffees with your Congressman” events through July 10 in Pike, Wayne, Lackawanna, and Luzerne counties. The public is invited to attend.

“It’s important to hear firsthand what’s on the minds of the people I serve,” Cartwright said. “These informal events provide residents the opportunity to discuss their concerns and share ideas on how to make improvements throughout Pennsylvania’s eighth Congressional District.”

The schedule of events includes:

· White Haven Area Community Library, 121 Towanda St., White Haven on July 6, 4 p.m.

· Hazleton Art League, 31 W. Broad St., Hazleton on July 7, 3:30 p.m.

· Milford Borough Hall, 109 West Catharine St., Milford on July 8, 1 p.m.

· Hawley Silk Mill, 8 Silk Mill Drive, Hawley on July 9, 10 a.m.

· Abington Memorial VFW Post 7069, 402 Winola Road, Clarks Summit on July 10, 3:30 p.m.
