Residents, families, businesses and local groups are invited to come together for Milford Borough’s Community Cleanup Day at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 18.
Volunteers will meet at the Milford Community House to sign in, receive assignments, and pick up supplies before heading out to clean up streets, parks, and shared spaces impacted by the winter season.
The cleanup is organized by the Milford Enhancement Committee and sponsored by Riverside Kitchen and Bath. All tools, supplies, and lunch will be provided for volunteers with thanks to The Dimmick Inn, Naked Bagel and Dunkin’.
This year’s event will also recognize and honor Dr. Maria Farrell, a dedicated volunteer and vice president of the Milford Borough Council, for her continued service and commitment to the community.
Participants are encouraged to bring friends, family members, coworkers, and neighbors to join in the effort. Whether you can give an hour or the whole morning, every helping hand makes a difference.
