Music for Money

    — The Delaware Valley High School Music Department will hold ninth annual Benefit Concert on Friday, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m., in the high school's auditorium. The school is located at 256 US-6 in Milford.

    A $5 donation is requested. The proceeds from this event will go to support the school's music department scholarship fund, which awarded six $1,000 scholarships to 2015 graduates during the lasts academic year.of the class of 2015.

    Other music activies slated for this fall include select group of male choral students participating in Men of Song at Penn State University on Oct. 24.

    Additonally, the DVHS Chorus will participate in an all-day event at Kutztown University on Oct. 21, attending a Master Class and working with students from other schools.

    The Delaware Valley Marching Band will be performing at all home and away football games this year. Each home game will also feature a choral group from within the school district performingper the National Anthem.
