Rotary Club enjoys lunch at Warrior Café

On Feb. 11, The Milford-Matamoras Rotary Club was treated to lunch in the Warrior Café at the Delaware Valley High School. The lunch was hosted and prepared entirely by the culinary students from the Career Technical Education Program.
Chef Alex Niosi explained to the Rotary members that he runs an instructional program that prepares students for employment related to institutional, commercial or self-owned food establishments or other food industry positions.
