Milford. Delaware Valley High School senior lacrosse player Joseph Shallo has signed with Wilkes University-Division III. Joseph is a defensive player for the varsity lacrosse team. He is also one of the team captains. He plans on majoring in electrical engineering. Joseph is the son of Joseph and Tracey Shallo of Dingmans Ferry.
