They're the best!

— Students at Dingman-Delaware Middle School filled out one 119 nomination forms and nominating 28 teachers. But only one made Teacher of the Month for January: Casey Donovan, sixth-grade language-arts teacher.
Here is what some of her students had to say about Miss Donovan:
“She is very nice and hardworking. She always encourages her students and players to do their best.”
“I may not be in 6th grade or in her class, but I know that she makes everyone feel happy in her class.”
“She is nice, funny, and helps you if you don’t understand something.”
“She is friendly, kind, and is always there to help, and she is funny.”
“Miss Donovan is the best teacher in school. She makes learning fun and makes everyone’s day.”
For February's Teacher of the Month, Students filled out 79 nomination forms and nominated 18 teachers. The winner? David Koretz, a sixth-grade social studies and science teacher.
His students said the following about Mr. Koretz:
“He is funny and a understanding teacher. I have known Mr. Koretz since 4th grade. He has taught me so much and started me off in student council. Mr. Koretz loves his job and will continue to be my favorite teacher always.”
“He does fun things with our class.”
“He is caring and funny.”
“I think that Mr. Koretz should win because when I go to his class it is amazing. Mr. Koretz is very funny, kind and an amazing teacher.”
