Wayne Bank unveils second technology demo center

Wayne Bank has added a second Technology Demo Center at the Honesdale office located downtown at 717 Main Street. The Demo Centers are space dedicated to providing customer support with interactive hands-on equipment for online, tablet and mobile banking.

The first Demo Center was created in October 2014 at the 216 Adams Avenue, downtown Scranton office. Many customers have taken advantage of the center to sign-up for Internet Banking or learn more about technologies the bank has available.

“Wayne Bank is committed to continually improving the technology we offer and to creating resources such as the demo center," Lewis Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer states. "The goal is to provide personal, knowledgeable service that helps customers benefit from online and mobile banking.”

Critelli adds that “Adoption of all forms of online and mobile banking continue to grow, and as they do, Wayne Bank wants to provide a setting where customers are at ease discovering the capabilities and convenience of their devices.”
