As the saying about March goes, "In like a lion, out like a lamb." Or maybe it's more like the "Ides of March," seeing how it's not so early in the month. With less than a week before the official start of spring, Pike County earned the distinction of getting some of Stella's highest snow totals, with up to 34 inches reported in some places.
