Young Life. DVES students learn about flag etiquette

DVE-TV at DVES had Trooper Ian Hopkins from the Blooming Grove Trooper Station R on its morning show. Trooper Hopkins taught the school about flag etiquette. He explained many things, for example, why the American Flag needs to be burned or even buried if dropped on the floor or ground or is ripped or torn, or why it is lit up at night or in the rain, and how a flag is hung up properly, and how to fly the flag or take it down.
