Microsoft at Camelbeach Waterpark - Business Techies and Boogie Boarders will surf Microsoft's latest
CAMELBACK Microsoft and Camelbeach have joined forces to bring the latest Microsoft technology to the Pocono Mountains. Microsoft at Camelbeach, an innovative family event, will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 19, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Camelbeach in the Pocono Mountains, located at Exit 299, I-80, 1 Camelback Road. Microsoft at Camelbeach will showcase the Microsoft Across America Truck featuring its latest and greatest technologies including Xbox 360, SharePoint 2007, Windows Server , Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of productivity software. The event will also feature a free seminar series on managing “Business Continuity” by leading professionals in the industry. “Business Continuity” refers to the concept of providing a business with continued operations given some form of catastrophic event, from a hurricane to an employee accidentally losing a laptop in a coffee shop. “The Pocono Mountains is an ideal business meetings location where you can stay connected to technology and nature at the same time,” said Carl Wilgus, President and CEO of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau. Camelbeach will extend a preferred rate of $20.95 to guests who register through Microsoft; walk-up / day-of guests will be subject to regularly published rates. The printed Microsoft Registration Form must be presented at the gate to qualify for the discount.
