Milford Garden Club landscapes Habitat home

The Milford Garden Club has again partnered with Habitat for Humanity by landscaping a home in Pocono Mountain Lakes in Dingmans Ferry. This was the second house that club members have taken on as a community service beautification project. Plants chosen for the site are grasses and sages, colorful hardy perennials that are deer resistant, drought tolerant and low maintenance. Members Carolyn Shuttleworth and Roseanna Mihalick are pictured as they completed mulching the home’s entryway.
