Milford man charged in N.J. on Megan's Law violation

HAMBURG, N.J. On report tn Nov. 11, Martin W. Renard, 35, of Milford, was charged with a third-degree crime for failure to register under Megan’s Law. According to Hamburg Borough Police, the charge was the result of an investigation after police learned that Renard was employed in the Borough of Hamburg between June and August, 2008 and never registered with the police department, as required by law. Renard is currently lodged in the Orange County Jail in New York on unrelated charges, and will be extradited back to New Jersey upon his release.
