Missing Dingmans Ferry man found dead

    MONTAGUE, N.J. — Authorities are still looking into what caused the death of a Dingmans Ferry man whose body was found there on Thursday morning. Hunters reportedly found the body of 34-year-old Kevin Crowley, in the woods near the intersection of Old Mine and Jager Roads in Montague. Crowley had been reported missing three days earlier. According to a National Park Service statement, Pike County Emergency notified them that a group of hunters had discovered the body at approximately 8:40 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Crowley had left his home at about 9 a.m. on Monday, his wife said in reporting him missing to the Pennsylvania State Police at 7 p.m. Authorities confirmed that his vehicle crossed the interstate bridge into New Jersey. Crowley was said to have suffered from depression, and had driven off one other time to clear his head for a few hours.
