Now that's a big bird

Woodcarver Mark Strouse, left, is pictured with a giant eagle he created for Edie O’Donnell, right, of 400 Avenue K in Matamoras. Mark has been carving for 20 years and tries to fit in his carving with a separate full time job. An artist since high school, he also does a wide range of carvings including Indian faces, bears, turtles and the like. His part-time business, Signs-N-Wonders is new located in Milford.
