Oh, for Krise ache

Krise Bus Company buses suffered another incident of tire vandalism last Friday morning, April 27. According to school support services, the vandals struck between 1:30 and 5:30 in the morning at the Dingman Delaware campus. Some 28 tires on 21 school buses were deflated, with seven buses having two tires deflated. The air pressure valve cores were removed from each and left on the ground next to the tires. The incident caused a two-hour delay at all three Delaware Valley School District campuses. Some condensing of bus routes and quick repairs allowed school to reopen that day. On Feb. 5, an earlier occurrence of tire vandalism caused a full day’s shutdown. State police are investigating the incident and a $1,000 award is still being offered by Krise for information leading to the arrest of the late night vandals. (Photo by Nick Troiano)
